Payment Policy

Payment must be made in advance for each 30-day cycle. Failure to make payment will result in the cessation of services. Late payments could incur a penalty of suspension, termination or increased monthly fees at the discretion of Piar LLC.

Contract Termination

Clients wishing to terminate their contract must give a 30-day written notice and must be in good standing financially with Piar LLC. Piar LLC reserves the right to refuse business and terminate contracts.

Force Majeure

Piar LLC is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond its control.

Idemnification

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Piar LLC from any and all liabilities and costs incurred due to or arising out of the client's use of Piar LLC services.

Open Source Media Data

Analysis conducted on publicly available media data does not infringe on copyrights or other legal statutes.

Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be amended by Piar LLC at its discretion.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Piar LLC’s services, the client signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Severability

Should any part of these Terms and Conditions be rendered or declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of such part or portion should not invalidate the remaining portions.
