Payment Policy

Payment must be made in advance for each 30-day cycle. Failure to make payment will result in the suspension of services. Late payments may incur penalties, including service suspension, contract termination, or increased monthly fees at the discretion of Piar LLC.

Contract Termination

Clients wishing to terminate their contract must provide 30 days’ written notice and be in good financial standing with Piar LLC. Piar LLC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate contracts at its discretion.

Force Majeure

Piar LLC is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseeable circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.

Idemnification

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Piar LLC from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the client’s use of Piar LLC services.

Open-Source Media Data

Analysis conducted on publicly available media data does not infringe on copyrights or other legal statutes.

Amendments

Piar LLC may amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting to www.piar.co. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Piar LLC’s services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
